1.power on,turn on the printer,after self-inspection,use the tool that in the attribute,to clean by auto.

2.If follow the first way can't solve,please use the repair software clean strongly.

3.If follow the second way can't solve,turn down the printer,take off the power line,connect the PC data line,then drop the cleaning liquid on the clean towel,pull the print head in the middle,protect the surface of the print head,(can't wipe it),about 5-6minutes,then put the print head back to the original place,then follow the 1,or 2 way to clean it.万能打印机

4.If still can't turn off the printer on the right way,remove the power line,usb cable,then,with the syringe connect the pipe of waste ink take over the ink,to see if there is waste ink come down,then follow the 1 or the 2way to clean it.平板打印机

5.If still can't,Please check which of the color or the colors are lose, determine which color, yellow for example, remove the power line,usb cable,on the yellow ink tank air intakes, used syringe air (avoid causing the air reflow ink recirculation or excessive power damage the carriage), to check the surface to see if there is ink leaked, for about 2 to 3 drops, and then with clean paper, lightly dip off the surface of the ink nozzles, the nozzles move back to the original position, follow the 1 or the 2way to clean it.

6.If all the ways no use,please put the print head into the cleaning liquid,after that, follow the 1 or the 2way to clean it.
